1. Do I have to sign up for an account to place an order?

You will be happy that you did! (So that is a yes)

2. I placed an order, when can I expect my new goodies?

Bougie Girl Boutique order processing time is 2-3 business days and orders are processed Monday-Friday ( excluding holidays).

Shipping & Delivery Time

You will have multiple shipping options to choose from during checkout. Based on your choice the delivery time may vary. Most options will get your new goodies to you within 7-10 days after placing your order (barring extreme weather or other situations)

When your new items are shipped, you will receive tracking information with additional updates regarding your order via email.

3. I just placed an order and wanted to add an item, will they ship at the same time?

Yes, if the order is placed the same day as the original order and prior to 7pm.  We will do our best to make sure your items ship together. 😊

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.  Please choose your preferred shipper during checkout.

5. I received my happy mail and its gorgeous, but the clip does not fit the hardware on my purse what do I do?

Send an email to inquiry@bougiegirlboutique.net to let us know and we will send you a complimentary extension accessory.  We will need your name and order number to retrieve your shipping information.

6. What are Bougie Bucks?

Bougie Bucks are the reward points you can earn for doing just about anything on our site.  Joining the mailing list, following us on social media, creating a customer account, your birthday!  When you accumulate certain amounts, you receive discounts towards your future purchases.  For more details visit, Bougie Bucks Incentives

8. What do I do if I change my mind and the item doesn't work for me when I receive it, do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of the items we create we do not accept returns.  However, if an item malfunctions within 10 days after you receive it, we will gladly make the repair of that item and return it to you at our expense. Masks/Mask Sets: For hygienic reasons, these items are not returnable.  If you have a sizing issue, please email inquiry@bougiegirlboutique.net and we can provide tips to assist with a better fit.

9. Do you make custom orders?

Charms:  Although each of our designs are one of a kind, if you have a design idea that you would love love love to see come to life reach out to us at inquiry@bougiegirlboutique.net. We embrace creativity!

Cake Toppers: Yes, all designs are customizable as noted in the items description

10. You really don’t accept returns?

11. What should I do if my item malfunctions?

If an item malfunctions within 10 days after you receive it, we will gladly make the repair of that item at our expense.  We aim for a great customer service experience with you. Jewelry: Keep in mind these are hand made jewelry pieces, excessive tugging or strain may cause the links to loosen.  

Masks/Mask Sets: These items are created using a sewing machine and are inspected thoroughly before making them available for sale.  If for any reason there is a malfunction please email us at inquiry@bougiegirlboutique.net with your order number and a brief explanation of the malfunction.  We will work with you to rectify the issue.

12. I have noticed some discoloring of the metal charms or hardware, what do I do?

With silver finish jewelry a natural discoloring is a form of ‘patina’ is caused by oxidation.  This is similar to the tarnishing of silverware or copper.  In some instances it adds a desirable aged or vintage look to some jewelry.  However, if you prefer a shiny appearance, this can be resolved with wiping periodically with a soft cloth to bring back the shine.
