Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy for items that malfunction, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Personalized/custom items, facemasks and items from the Menagerie cannot be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to identify your order number when you contact us.

To start a return, you can contact us at inquiry@bougiegirlboutique.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as facemasks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and/or Menagerie items.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges so please choose the items carefully.  The only exception to this policy is if you were sent the incorrect item, we will offer an exchange for the original item.  We will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email to use to return the item, once it is received we will ship the correct item to you.

Refunds

Because we do not accept returns and/or exchanges, subsequently we do not offer refunds.  If you feel you need assistance with a product please feel free to email us at inquiry@bougiegirlboutique.net  We do want you to be happy with your purchase and are open to hearing from you.
